Mr. Evangelos Memos is Head of Discretionary Portfolio Management Unit at Piraeus Asset Management MFMC since June 2013, after the merger of the company with ATE MFMC. He began his professional career in 1991 in Ktimatiki MFMC where he worked for eight years in total - three years as Investment Analyst and 5 years as Investment Manager. From 1999 to 2013 he worked in ATE MFMC as Investment Manager, while he also held the position of Deputy General Manager since 2000. Furthermore, for a period of time, he was in charge of the Regulatory Compliance and Risk Management Divisions of the same company. Evangelos Memos is a CFA charterholder. He is also a certified Portfolio Manager and Analyst by the HCMC, and certified Derivatives Market Maker by the Athens Stock Exchange. He graduated from the Department of Economics of the Athens University of Economics and Business and holds an MA in Finance & Investments of the Exeter University, (UK).
